Mobile Notary Kit

Everything a mobile notary carries to a signing, in one order — everything in the Mobile Notary Starter Kit, plus the bag, clipboard and business gear that make you look established from the first appointment.

What's in the kit

• Custom Self-Inking Notary Stamp (rectangular) — made to your commission and your state's format; enter your details above before adding the kit to your cart
• Public Oath Notary Journal, 291 Entries — numbered entries, three to a page, with a right-thumbprint box on every entry and in-person or RON fields
• Fingerprint Ink Pad, Black, Pocket Size — black quick-drying ink for clean journal thumbprints where your state requires or recommends them
• Stamp Pad Ink Refill, Black, 1 oz — a few drops brings back a crisp impression when your stamp starts to fade
• Retractable Ballpoint Pens, Black, 12 Pack — black ballpoint for signatures, enough to hand one to every signer
• Black Leather-Look Briefcase — a structured, professional carry that fits letter-size loan packages, your journal and a 14 in laptop
• Storage Clipboard with Enclosed Compartment (black) — a firm signing surface at kitchen tables, with blank forms stored out of sight underneath
• Hard EVA Zip Pouch for Stamps (small) — keeps your stamp from rattling loose in the bag
• Aluminum Business Card Holder (black) — hand every signer your card so the next signing comes straight to you
• Transparent Sticky Note Index Tabs — flag every signature and initial line so nothing gets missed
