Shipping Policy Public Oath ships to addresses within the United States only. Processing & Delivery Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Custom items (personalized stamps, seals, or embossers) require an additional 2–3 business days for production before shipment. Shipping Rates Orders under $99: $15.00 flat rate shipping Orders $99 and over: Free shipping Product & Order Restrictions Custom or personalized items (stamps, seals, embossers) are made to order and cannot be cancelled once production has begun We ship within the continental United States only — no international shipments, and we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Guam Food items, medical-related items, and certain electronics cannot be returned (see Return Policy) Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after your shipment notification. Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you. Reshipment charges may apply.
