What's in the kit

  • Fingerprint Ink Pad, Black, Pocket Size — black quick-drying pad in a flip-lid case, inks a finger straight from the case
  • Black Nitrile Disposable Gloves, 100 Pack (size L) — keeps ink off your hands between clients; black, so smudges don't show
  • Alcohol Prep Pads, 100 Pack — strips skin oil and lotion from each finger before inking, the most common cause of patchy prints
  • Disposable Hand Wipes, 64 Pack — individually wrapped, to clean ink off the client's fingers when there's no sink nearby
  • Handheld Magnifier with LED — checks ridge detail on each block before the client leaves, not after the card comes back rejected

Not included: fingerprint cards. Card type depends on the agency receiving the prints, so use the ones your agency specifies. The ink pad is sized for single fingers, so re-ink between fingers on a full ten-print card.
