Remote Online Notary Starter Kit

The five things that make a remote online notarization go smoothly, for $99 — the signer sees you clearly, hears you clearly, and your connection doesn't drop mid-session.

What's in the kit

• 1080P Webcam — a sharper picture than most built-in laptop cameras, so IDs and faces read clearly on screen
• Wired Headset with Noise-Canceling Mic — no pairing drops or audio lag; signers lose confidence when they have to ask you to repeat yourself
• 8 in LED Video Fill Light — lights your face evenly so you look professional on camera, day or night
• Adjustable Aluminum Laptop Stand (black) — raises the camera to eye level so signers see you straight on
• USB to Ethernet Adapter — a wired connection that will not drop a session the way Wi-Fi can

Bought separately: $119. As a kit: $99.

Not included: the RON platform subscription, your electronic seal and digital certificate, and your commission. The headset uses a 3.5 mm plug; some newer laptops need a USB-C adapter.
