Mobile Notary Kit

Everything a mobile notary carries to a signing, in one order — including the two things every notary must have: your stamp and your journal. Most new notaries assemble this over their first six months, usually by forgetting something at an appointment and buying it the next day.

What's in the kit

• Custom Self-Inking Notary Stamp — made to your commission and your state's format; enter your details above before adding the kit to your cart
• Public Oath Notary Journal, 291 Entries — numbered entries, three to a page, with a right-thumbprint box on every entry and in-person or RON fields
• Black Leather-Look Briefcase — a structured, professional carry that fits letter-size loan packages, your journal and a 14 in laptop
• Storage Clipboard with Enclosed Compartment (black) — firm signing surface at kitchen tables and car hoods, with blanks stored out of sight underneath
• Signing Pen Set, 0.7mm Ballpoint — permanent ballpoint, because gel ink feathers on recorder paper and some clerks reject it
• Fingerprint Ink Pad, Black, Pocket Size — black quick-drying ink for clean journal thumbprints where your state requires or recommends them

Bought separately: $204. As a kit: $163.

Stamps are made exactly as you enter your details, so check them against your commission certificate. We can't currently make stamps for California, Missouri or North Carolina.

Free shipping. Arrives in 7-13 business days, in multiple parcels; your stamp ships separately within 1-2 business days.
